Mr. Tosi was born and raised in a rural Massachusetts town which produced mostly milk and apples. He attended the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT where he was a member of the Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity and was Inter-Fraternity Counsel President, and played on the Rugby Club.
Mr. Tosi continued his education at Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, MA where he earned his J.D. During his time there, he was able to complete 4 separate co-ops (legal internships) with the Massachusetts Attorney General, Ferguson, Stein, Chambers Gresham & Sumter, Gillis & Bikofsky, and NC Superior Court Judge William Z. Wood. Mr. Tosi also had the opportunity to represent a client charged with assault in the District Court for Roxbury, Massachusetts through a criminal law clinic.
After graduation from law school, he came to North Carolina to begin his career. In 2004, Mr. Tosi was hired to be an Assistant Public Defender for Mecklenburg County, NC. He spent nearly 10 years with that office before founding TOSI LAW, PLLC in July, 2014.
Mr. Tosi has made Charlotte his home since 2004 and intends to stay. He is married with two sons, and hopes to improve the community by assisting those who need his expertise in Charlotte and the surrounding area.
